If you don’t vote, don’t complain afterwards! Vote tactical and wherever it makes sense Lib Dem. The Lib Dems stand for Remain, the best option available. Half of the UK’s imports and exports are with the EU. The only way to have frictionless, free trade with the EU is to stay in the customs union and the single market aka Remain.
Boris Johnson claims that if you vote for him, Brexit will lay behind you. That is another fantasy. Once you accept the Boris Brexit deal, years of negiotations will have to follow. It would not be the end to the Brexit chaos, it would be the beginning of years of negotiations regarding the details, the fine print of the Brexit deal.
As for the many great free trade deals waiting for you, let’s not forget that neither China nor the United States led by Donald Trump are free traders. They look for their best deal, not free and fair trade.
Revoke Article 50 and Remain in the EU is the best deal for both the UK and the EU. It is in the best interest of both sides. And it is the only easy solution to end the Brexit mess immediately.
If you think that it is undemocratic just to revoke Article 50, organize a referendum with the two options: the Boris Johnson Brexit deal vs. Remain. Let the people decide. And use your brain when you vote.
